1. Introduction
Mudareb ("we", "our", "us") provides a fitness super-app that includes workout tracking, nutrition guidance, captain coaching, a premium shop and in-app messaging. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By using Mudareb you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed). Profile data: age, gender, height, weight, body fat, training goals, activity level, days per week, preferred time, training location, dietary preference, allergies, medical conditions and injuries that you choose to enter. Usage data: workouts logged, meals tracked, orders placed, messages sent to your captain or shop. Device data: device type, OS version, IP address and crash logs for diagnostics. We do not collect precise GPS location.
3. How we use your data
To create and secure your account; to deliver personalized programs, calorie targets and captain recommendations; to power chat with your captain and shops; to process orders; to improve the product through anonymous analytics; to send service-related notifications. We never sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
Health and training data is shared with the captain you assign so they can train you safely. Order details are shared with the shop you purchase from. We use service providers (hosting, authentication, push notifications) under strict data-processing agreements. We disclose data only when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed. Access is restricted by role-based policies. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time from Settings → Delete account or by emailing support@rashiq.app.
6. Children
Mudareb is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from inside the app. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise any right, contact support@rashiq.app.
8. Changes
We will notify you in-app and update the date above whenever this policy changes materially.
